For those of you that are not aware of what vidzone is, it is a new application for the ps3 this application brings the user hundreds of free music video to there finger tips. From rock to classical this application has it all. This is yet another amazing application if not the best. In fact im using it while typing this it is a brillant application and whatever you llike its on there. “even fallout boy or for the girls lady ga ga” But it dosent stop there, there are hundreds of thousands of music video including thriller by micheal jackson, and the rest of his songs. This application gives you an unlimited amount of playlists and on each you can have as many songs as you want or need. you cant copy them, but for a small amount you can pay to have them transfered to your mobile phone. This is a one off fee and then you can copy as many as you like or need. This application gives you three different fields to search for your songs; by name of video, by artist and by genre so. If there is a song you want to find, you’ll find it. The best thing about this application is free, you just have to download it. An amazing application for free just another reason to buy the PS3.
Gamers Thoughts

For all of you people who are addicted to games, like me this post is for you. I’m going to hopefully cover all the the games and the consoles pro’s and con’s and try to hold back my personal opinion and base it on facts.
This week Im going to talk about Call of Duty 5. Ok, it’s old, some would say out of date, but I think it is still a really good game. Its co-op and online play are amazing and the graphics are excellent! This first person shooter unlike any other gives you a realistic view of the period it represents. Others would claim Haze is relistic or Halo, but as they are future based they cant be accurate; as cod5 has no room for artistic interpretation. Many others and I are waiting for the much antisipated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as it promises to extend the gameplay of COD4 with more modern stories and keep the amazing graphics that were in its predessor.
Microsoft’s Xbox. Until recentely I was a PS3 lover and still am, but I have to hand it to Xbox! They have some really cool games, I’m a huge fan of Halo although I don’t own a Xbox (I shortly hope to) as I cant stand to not be playing it. It’s abilty to be able to let you do what you want is unmatched in any game. It has outstanding online play to cater for whatever mood you’re in or just what you feel like playing, its abilty to mix the game with the maps as well as being able to play your own and share them in lobby is amazing. Halo is purely unmatched!
Nintendo’s DSi is supposed to change how you see the DS, but what’s changed? Well the outside has lost is shine in order to reduce the hundreds of finger prints on it and it has gained a camera; which promises you interactive game play…
Wii it hit the world in it’s face and its still trying to stand up the Wii’s demand was incredible in the year it hit the market and the demand kept growing! It changed the way people of all ages saw gaming, it got the old moving, the parents buying and never fails to entertain at a party. Also it was a hit with the kids and the simple, yet addictive, games kept stacking up. The Wii didn’t fail to impress; a low prise and a great console. Wii Fit, the product that counldn’t be brought through demand, for the first 3 months until demand final saw a small decrease. This excited childen, look good to adults and makes for a heck of a laugh with the family.
PS3 my personal favourite! Easy to use, fun to use and the graphics are amazing, but sony failed to leave a big enough margin on the 60 GB console and the price wouldn’t shift as it was already high. So Sony made a 40 and 80 version by taking short cuts like removing SD card slots and 2 USB ports and the ability to read PS2 games, they were able to make a bigger margin and the customer saw a difference in the price. If you ask me the 60 GB is better, but it really makes no difference as all PS3s offer outsanding graphics and amazing exclusive games, so if you have the money they are well worth it, for the exclusive title Little Big Planet and amazing graphis, Blu Ray if you can afford one buy one.
See you next time!
